A CRESMED international training session was held on 21st and 22nd of October 2008 in Rabat, Morocco. The objective was to present the CRESMED project achievements to date and to foster knowledge transfer with key actors in charge of rural electrification.

In the framework of the CRESMED project, an international workshop was held on February 4th 2009 in Beirut in the framework of a regional experts meeting of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) about "Renewable Energy best practices".
